The presidency of Mrs Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has been an overuser of spin-doctoring and dog-wagging and this is blatantly obvious in the sappiness of her press releases and photo releases. I decided to put government money to better use by adding a comic element to the pictures just so that they now do a proper public service of making us forget who they are, and why they should not be where they are.
